After the session I often provide a relaxing hypnosis recording for you to listen to (depending on the issue we are working with) to help you to stay on track. In follow up sessions we deal with any other issues that may have arisen, and of course we celebrate the success you have already had since your first treatment!



There is no need to purchase a series of appointments. You can simply book appointments as you need them. You can expect to notice benefits after one appointment, however up to five sessions are recommended to create lasting change and to deal with each aspect of an issue. Many clients benefit from ongoing hypnotherapy as a relaxing and beneficial way to keep them on track with their goals. 


All sessions may include Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching, Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping), Energy Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy depending on your needs. You will receive recordings to use at home if you wish. Quit Smoking clients will receive additional information and tools to use at home.
