Bliss: Hypnotic Relaxation Class, now Friday AND Saturday

If you find yourself at the end of the week feeling stressed or exhausted or just in need of a break, try Bliss: Hypnotic Relaxation. Friday's blissful class has had a great response so I'm trialing Saturdays as well. The class is a wonderfully relaxing thirty minutes, lying down on a matt and some cushions (provided for you) in a dimly lit room, listening to a hypnotic relaxation. It is at a yoga studio, but there is no yoga involved. It's a great way to release the stress of the week and start the weekend feeling great. Bliss: Hypnotic Relaxation is at Bikram Yoga at 127 George St Launceston, at 12.15pm on Fridays and 11.30am Saturdays.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early if possible so you have time to register and get comfy with your mat and pillows (which are provided). No need to book, no need to get changed (wear whatever you like), just turn up.

 

 

Updated class length and cost:

Fridays at 12.15pm, 30 minutes, $10

Saturdays at 11.30am, 45 minutes, $15
